We want you to be completely satisfied with your Memo Paris fragrance experience. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Ensure the perfume bottle is in its original box and cellophane wrap, then pack it securely in the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print and attach the prepaid return label provided by our team to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our olfactory experts inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
